Feeding the "not ducks"

I took the Firecracker to feed the ducks the other day.  When we got to the lake, we found these little guys.

I don't know what kind of birds these are, but they were definitely not ducks.  However, they were the little guys that got treated to our stale loaf of bread the other day.

 Firecracker had a great time feeding them.  However, at this point he was telling them to get in the water.  Not sure why, but he was adamant that they get in the water.

Anyway, we had a great time feeding the "not ducks".  Have fun today!
