What kid isn't all about bandaids? They invent imaginary "boo boos" so that they can get a bandaid or "bambaid" as he refers to them. It has always amused me. In our home the Firecracker goes through phases. Some days he could care less about a bandaid, where as other days he wants two or three of them. We usually allow him just one a day, unless there is a true injury.
The most entertaining part of the whole boo boo and bandaid spiel is that after the Firecracker gets his bandaid on his real or imagined boo boo he then limps. Sometimes the limp is on the correct side and sometimes it's not. Hahahaha! It's comical to say the least. Once the newness of the bandaid wears off the Firecracker goes back to his wild self, but for those 15 to 20 minutes he's careful, gentle and begging everyone to becareful around his "bambaid".
I love it. He's such a nut!
Have a great day!
