The Hubs has many quirks. If we were honest, we all do. We all like things just so. When the Hubs and I first got married it took me awhile to get adjusted to these quirks. However, now I do them without even thinking twice about it. Here are a few of the Hubs adorable quirks:
- The clothes in the closet must all be facing the left.
- The clothes must be color coordinated.
- The butter dish must never be gouged. You have to take your knife and make sure the butter is smooth before putting the lid on and putting it in the fridge.
- He likes to use a fork to eat ice cream when he is eating it out of the container. (Honestly, I still haven't figured out why he likes this, but whatevs)
The Hubs is just so stinkin' adorable!! I couldn't love him more if I tried :).
Have a great day!

Nicknames
I work at Firecracker's school 2 days a week most weeks. Sometimes I work more than that if they need me. Anyway, I usually work more with the high school kids. They are a loveable, nutty bunch I tell you! I kid around with most of them (there are a few that just don't get my sense of humor, but I love them just the same).
I have started nicknaming them. One student's name changes daily. We tend to go with themes. One time around we worked our way through all the male characters in Beauty and the Beast. We've done Alvin and the Chipmunks and now we are currently on the Flinstones.
Another student I've named "Montoya". This name stems from Inigo Montoya from the Princess Bride. This is not even close to his first name, but one day someone said his name and it kinda sounded a little tiny bit like Montoya to me. I started cracking up and from then on he has been Montoya. The best part? He has never seen the movie!
One girl I've nicknamed "Tink". It kinda came about in an odd way. Some of the kids were transforming her name into Annabell (also not her real name) so then I piped up with "Ohh what about Tinkerbell?!" and that's it.
Another girl, I've named "Jazzy McJazerson". Cuz she's Jazzy!
And finally, there is one boy that I have named "McRosserface". All these names come out of the big bag of weirdness that I call my brain. All the sudden, a nickname will hit me and it sticks with me.
Honestly, I do not torture these kids with these names. I've told them if they don't like it I'll go back to calling them by the name their parents gave them. However, they all say they like it. "Montoya" even brags about it to his friends. He has taken to shouting to me from across the parking lot so that I'll greet him as "Montoya" in front of his friends :).
Have a great day!

Valentine's Day (and Once Again the Least Observant Person Award Goes to..... Ms. T!)
Happy Valentine's Day!!!!! (tomorrow)
I hope your day is fantastic :)
My sweet Hubs bought me roses yesterday. I came home with an arm load of stuff and both kids. When I walked in I went into the kitchen to put some of the stuff down and then out to put other things down. When I walked back into the kitchen I found a beautiful vase full of gorgeous roses! When I looked at the Hubs he stood there shaking his head and grinning and said, "least observant person ever" I gushed and gushed over them. It was wonderful :).

Laziness
I know I've been lazy lately and I haven't posted anything. I'm sorry. I have no excuses. I just didn't feel like it so I didn't do it. And now I sound like a petulant teenager! Great so now I am a lazy, petulant teenager.... Hmmmm...... Does this mean I don't have to worry about bills? Or that I don't have to decide what I want to be when I grow up? Not too shabby! Although, I really wouldn't want to have to relive my teenage years....
I will try to do better ;).
Have a great day!
